Malisa is an experienced business owner and licensed real estate agent in both commercial and residential properties. Graduated with a Masters at UNM, Malisa quickly became an entrepreneur, opening businesses in the Pilar and Taos area. Several years later in 2020, Malisa became a licensed real estate agent joining Joaquin at Sun Mountain Real Estate. As a NM native and an advocate for the outdoors, Malisa has an intimate knowledge of the local market in Northen NM including the scenic valley of Pilar, where she herself resides. With her casual approach, she strives to make her clients feel at ease when looking and purchasing their property.

Alexa Rea Keesing is a fourth generation real estate agent whose roots began in New York City in the early 1900s.
Alexa graduated summa cum laude from the UNM Anderson School of Management in 2015. From there, her real estate career began. She was the Transaction Coordinator for the successful 45 years career of Mega-Broker and attorney Kate Southard and went on to develop, remodel, and open a new restaurant in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Alexa’s commitment and passion to developing personal relationships and understanding is of the highest priority for her. Her real estate expertise combined with deep roots in the local community make her a huge asset when searching for the market value for your property, finding the right home to suit your lifestyle, or making the most profitable real estate investment.
In her free time, Alexa spends time at her ranch on the Pecos River, enjoying her horses, Dakota and Domingo, fly fishing, and relaxing by the river.

Renee Linson, a Santa Fe native, was born and raised on East Alameda in the adobe homes her grandfather built, just three blocks from the Plaza. She is the seventh of nine children and a thirteenth-generation American with a heritage that includes Navajo, Taos Pueblo, Santa Clara Pueblo, and British ancestry. She is also of Spanish descent and a Sephardic Jew, with roots dating back to the original Spanish land grants.
For 16 years, Renee owned real estate offices in downtown Santa Fe and Rio Rancho, along with several commercial buildings in downtown Santa Fe. With nearly 20 years of experience in residential, commercial, land, and subdivision planning, and was instrumental in the development of Pueblos del Sol, a 470-lot subdivision.
Having grown up in Santa Fe, she has a deep love for the community. She was a charter board member for the New Mexico Children’s Foundation, an organization that continues to provide grants to underfunded children’s programs throughout New Mexico. Deeply rooted in the region, her experience and intimate knowledge of Rio Rancho and Northern New Mexico give her the commitment and enthusiasm to provide her clients with a unique perspective.
